Celebrating Mozart's Legacy: The Profound Influence on Schubert and Mendelssohn by Adam Sweet 1/28/24 As we reflect on the day after Mozart's Birthday, it's a perfect moment to honor two of the 19th century's most celebrated composers deeply influenced by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart - Franz Schubert and Felix Mendelssohn. Franz Schubert: A Reverent Student of Mozart Franz Schubert, renowned for his lyrical melodies and profound emotional depth, held Mozart in the highest regard.
