We are located in Granby, Massachusetts which is a lovely rural town about 10 miles south of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (a local landmark), 90 miles west of Boston and 180 miles north of New York City. We're an hour to Albany, 90 minutes to Keene, New Hampshire and 45 minutes to Hartford, Connecticut. We're situated in the Pioneer Valley of western Mass., close to the Connecticut River, to Dinosaur Track Museums, the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, the Volleyball Museum in Holyoke and the Five Colleges: Amherst, Smith, Mt Holyoke, Hampshire and UMass.
We offer lessons online using Google Meet (similar to Zoom, but free), and in person. In person lessons are held at Adam Sweet's home in Granby, MA, at the Keene Community Music Center in Keene, NH and at Emily's Violin Company in Holyoke, MA. For an additional fee, lessons may be held at your home or place of business!
Recitals and student events are often held at various venues around the valley including the Porter-Phelps Huntington Museum in Hadley, the Renaissance Center in Amherst, the Loomis Village in South Hadley and more. Follow our
